Various Ways to Overcome Premature Ejaculation

Pelvic floor muscles are muscles that can be consciously controlled. Try to stop in the middle of your urination first or hold the muscles around the anal area which causes you to not fart. When this condition occurs, it means that your pelvic floor muscles are contracting.
After knowing where your pelvic floor muscles are. You can do Kegel exercises in various positions either sitting, standing, or walking.
When tightening the pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, then relax for three seconds. Try it in a row.
However, avoid holding your breath during this exercise. Keep breathing with relief.
Exercise consists of ten tightening and relaxation cycles. Repeat the exercise three times a day for more optimal results.

4. Using Condoms
Condoms, especially those made from thick latex, can help delay ejaculation by reducing penis sensitivity. There are even condoms containing lidocaine or benzocaine which play a role in preventing ejaculation.

5. Go Counseling
Premature ejaculation can cause disappointment, anger, shame, to the loss of closeness with your partner. Generally counseling is needed to handle the mental side of the relationship between you and your partner.
In addition, premature ejaculation can also occur due to psychological disorders that affect you. These psychological disorders can be triggered by your relationship with the environment and in no way involve the quality of relationships with a partner.
